Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Rebridge (“the platform”, “the service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Rebridge. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Company accounts must be registered using a valid work email address from the organisation they represent. Registering a company account to misrepresent your identity or employer is grounds for immediate termination.
3. Candidate accounts
- Candidate profiles are always free to create and maintain.
- You are responsible for ensuring your profile accurately represents your skills and experience. Deliberately misleading employers is prohibited.
- Your personal identity (name, email, current employer) is never shared with companies without your explicit acceptance of a connection request.
- You can toggle your profile offline at any time and delete your account and all associated data from the Settings section of your dashboard.
4. Company accounts
- Companies may browse anonymous candidate profiles and send connection requests. Each request consumes a credit and requires a personalised note — mass copy-paste outreach is prohibited.
- Connection requests expire after 72 hours if not responded to. Credits are not refunded for expired requests unless there is a verified technical failure.
- The free monthly boost (24 hours of unlimited requests, once every 30 days) is provided as-is and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
- Companies must not attempt to identify candidates through their anonymous profile by cross-referencing information shared in the platform.
- Job postings must be for genuine vacancies. Ghost postings or postings created to harvest candidate data are prohibited.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Attempt to de-anonymise, harass, or stalk any candidate
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download platform content
- Use automated tools to send connection requests or messages
- Upload malicious files or attempt to interfere with platform security
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
6. AI-generated content
Rebridge uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to parse resumes and generate profile summaries. AI output is provided as a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing and correcting your profile before publishing it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-parsed fields.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all content you submit (resume, profile data, messages). By submitting content, you grant Rebridge a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the service.
The Rebridge brand, logo, and platform software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon deletion, your data is purged within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
Rebridge is a platform that facilitates connections between candidates and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview requests, or job offers. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebridge's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. For users in the EU or UK, statutory consumer rights under local law are not affected.
12. Changes to these terms
We will notify you by email at least 14 days before making material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
